Should be more pictures coming soon. I'm gonna get some from Gary, and as soon as Aaron accepts his invite, I'm sure he'll post the ones he took. But for now, I thought we could talk about some of the things that happened...
Here's a bit of my stuff. Some of it I just copied and pasted from my Xanga site. Y'all can do the same if y'all want - I just thought they should be shared on here.
It was an interesting experience for me to lead a family group. I wasn't expecting that. I think I could have done a better job at it, but it just wasn't a big priority for me since it didn't involve you guys. I guess that's not the right attitude, but I couldn't help it. I just enjoyed being around you guys. I didn't feel right being a sponsor.
I was anxious to see what God was going to do for us. I knew He was going to do something awesome, and He did. I started seeing more clearly what He is doing in our group - especially through Aaron. It was awesome getting to know him. I think that he is going to be an awesome leader - and a good friend. I think that all of us are better friends now - in more ways than one.
As for the camp itself, the activities at Pineywoods far out does the activities at Siloam. I had an awesome time playing with you guys. The pool was great too - best pool I've ever been in outside a water park. Disappointed that I never had time for the ropes course, but that's okay. Lookin forward to this place that Aaron knows about. I also like the speaker's message. I really liked the focus on missions. I think that's something we all need to think about, and we did. I think we can really go somewhere with that. And the music was good. It's cool that you guys really took notice of that.
Lot's of cool things happened there, guys. Y'all keep praying for each other and don't forget what God did with us. Obviously I haven't mentioned everything on here. Some of it's too personal. But we all know what God started in each other, so there's no need to go into detail about it. All we need to do is make sure we don't forget.
So anyway, let's hear from the rest of you.

Hey guys, what's the deal?
Have we reallly all lost that spiritual high just one week after getting back? C'mon, now. I know that can't be. Y'all know as well as I do that there's still stuff to say - stuff to elaborate on. There hasn't been anything yet. We've had the picturues, sure, but there hasn't been any persoanl testimonies yet - at least not on this blog.
What parts really changed your perspective of something? How? Do you see our youth group the same now as you did before we left? Did any member surprise you? Were you impressed with each others' spiritual growth? If so, how and why? What is something you think we need to continue focusing on?
Sorry it took so long to get around to posting here...
Mmm, but I think camp was really great for our youth group. Even just spending time together on little things all of this year brought us together, but 5 whole days around each other and in a wonderful Christian environment was great.
I still see our youth group the same, just with more respect and common ground.
I was really glad to see some of the changes camp did in the lives of some of the youth. It's just one of those things that makes you glow with happiness just to know that God is working in the lives of people that we care about so much! ^_^
