Somthin to do
Ok folks we need somthing to do this week. Me and Ryan are thinking bowling. Jason is probably thinking water gun war. We could probably do both but it is the scheduling. We are gonna have the movie on Friday Most likley. The parent that is gonna go with us is none other than Ryans mom. But we have to ask her fist. Don't get your hopes soaring just yet. But we are pretty sure she won't have a problem with it. As for the water gun fight, Were not sure. But other than that we have church on Wednesday. So we got an ok week of stuff to do.

I'm thinking water gun war because it's easy and doesn't cost anything. I say we should try to plan something simple every week. Things like movies and stuff are nice, but they cost money. It could get expensive after a couple weeks, so we need to think of things that don't cost money too.
Well we can have a movie night a church. Like not a chrstian movie. Somthin that all of us would like. Have some food over there and stuff. Have everyone bring like 3 dollars so we can order a pizza. But if no pizza we can just eat snacks.
I was thinking about that too, 'cept there's no such thing as a movie that EVERYONE enjoys.
No, we probably wouldn't watch a "Christian" movie 'cause there's so few good ones and the ones that ARE good, like "The Passion of the Christ", wouldn't be the kind of movie you'd wanna watch in this kind of setting.
But obviously it'd still have to be something decent - I know everybody's seen "Napoleon Dynamite" a zillion times, but that one never gets old. Or we could watch something else, but I think it should be something along those lines - fun and decent.
Any suggestions?
I always enjoyed bad movie day. Really, the only movie that everyone is sure to enjoy is a movie that no one really enjoys, get it? Watch something terrible and make fun of it, then everyone has a good time. I wish I could get my hands on some of those old movies from "Mystery Science Theater 3000" - like "The Giant Spider Invasion" or "Prince of Space". Those are classic bad movies!
Yeah, the video game thing is a good idea - it was a good idea two months ago when Greg first mentioned it, so why haven't we done it yet?
I'm happy with all of these ideas, I guess we just have to figure out which one to do first? lol.

The video game day sounds really awesome!!
The only thing that I'm worried about is that if we bring it to the youth group everyone is going to want to play on it at the same time.
And you know how much food gets slipped there and stuff... O_O
I like my consoles without the pizza cheese and cola spilled on it. xD
Well if you ask me non of those thing realy intrest me that much like: video game night or a bad movie day.
Ok so here are my ideas a good movie day, bowling, skating, hiking, fishing, camping, boating, that sort of thing.
If there was a movie Friday, What would it be?, Where?, How much would it coust?
"Cars" starts Friday. I say we see that, but that's just me. I think movies are like four bucks during the day or something like that.
As for the other stuff you mentioned - yeah, I'd love to do all of those. Hiking is my thing. I'd like to go to Pinnicle Mountain again. Fishing would be awesome too - we could do that at the fair park.
Would you guys wanna go to the park and play some soft/baseball or something like that?...I'm trying to think of some good "summertime" activities here.
Yea that would be ok Jason but first we must do game night. I mean we could have only the people who come go. I mean all the people in the youth group isn't gonna come anyway. But it would stil be awesome.
Well, I didn't think about tommorrow - that's kinda sudden; not sure if everyone could do that.
We'll do whatever y'all want to do first - I'm just giving out suggestions for things we CAN do.
And you guys keep talking about game "night" and movie "night" - I'm thinking about things to do during the day - are we on the same page here?
Well, how about it? What do we want to do? Movie Friday or what? You guys still keeping up with this thread or should we start making phone calls?
